Prior to joining ARK Global, Keith served as a Vice President and Financial Consultant for the Charles Schwab Corporation. On behalf of Charles Schwab, Keith was responsible for sales and relationship management to more than 200 high net worth investors. Through this role, Keith provided direct oversight to client assets exceeding $275M. Keith's product focus on behalf of Charles Schwab and its' client base spanned the global financial markets, and included Exchange Traded Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds and Alternative Investment Strategies.

Before joining Charles Schwab, Keith spent five years at State Street Corporation, where he was responsible for external product sales and business development for Schoolhouse Capital, LLC, a subsidiary of State Street Corporation dedicated to the 529 College Savings Plan market. During this time, assets under management grew to more than US $1B and Schoolhouse Capital established themselves as a major player in the 529 marketplace with five distinct product offerings across two state platforms. As part of the business development team, Keith was responsible for identifying potential 529 distribution partners as well as other revenue generating strategies. Through this effort, Keith has conducted over 500 seminars and sales presentations for large and small audiences, including CEOs, Boards of Directors, Brokers, and other professionals.

Keith has over 10 years of direct sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry, including both retail and institutional distribution. He holds a B.A. from Tulane University and has achieved a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University's Center for Professional Education. Keith is a registered representative of Compass Securities Corporation, member FINRA, SIPC, MSRB and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
