MISSION

Fontbonne Academy, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston, is a Catholic, college preparatory high school for young women.

Fontbonne Academy commits to fostering Gospel values and educational excellence. This inclusive community embraces diversity in many forms.

Through the tradition of Respect, Responsibility, Reconciliation and Reverence, Fontbonne Academy promotes growth of young women in spirituality, scholarship and leadership in the changing world.

OVERVIEW

Founded in 1954 by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph and located in Milton, Massachusetts, Fontbonne Academy provides a well-balanced program of academic experiences and extra-curricular activities, accenting spiritual growth, world awareness, cultural enrichment and personal, social development. In 1999, Fontbonne Academy was awarded a 10-year reaccredidation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEAC).

AN EVENING of STARS

“An Evening of Stars” assists us in our mission of providing a quality education to all the young women who pass through our doors. The Fontbonne Academy Community is continually striving to ensure that every possible chance is provided for our students to strengthen their education and guide them toward a solid future. Our mission is encapsulated in the one simple phrase “Creating the Future Today.” All net proceeds from tonight’s event will be used to provide financial support to qualified students subsidizing part of the actual full tuition at Fontbonne.
